every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end...
Friends, it has been way too long since I’ve updated you. So much has changed! Here’s a look into my life now, and I pray that we will stay connected!

Continue ReadingMy latest prayer letter details the Campus Crusade for Christ/ Epic Movement response to Japan earthquake relief. Please pray earnestly alongside the Japanese and see how you can help by giving or going on relief efforts yourself at CRASH Japan. Thankfully, all our Japanese CCC staff are accounted for and anxious to be a blessing to their country.
Also, Resonate News just came out with an article detailing CCC staff Gen Nakamura (Hawaii)’s hopes for the salvation of many Japanese now and as he prepares to take students on a summer project mission trip this June. I was super encouraged!

A belated Merry Christmas to you and peace be upon you as we send off 2010!
I am so happy and blessed to be able to count you all as friends. It has been a great year – I’m compiling a record of landmarks and highs and lows to post as January comes upon us this weekend – but for now, just wanted to post a fun picture and hope you were able to receive it in Christmas card form! I had a great Christmas celebrating with close family friends the birth of Jesus and his gift of life for us, and hope you and yours were able to gather as well.
Also, if you have been considering where to give your end-of-year donations, your consideration and gift for my ministry would go directly to help reach college students on campus in Orange County as well as to Campus Crusade ministries around the world! The online giving link is at https://give.ccci.org/give/0599977, and you can also contact me via email at steph.cheng@uscm.org.
I am excited to update soon – my end-of-the-year update this year is inspired by Nicholas Felton’s work at http://www.feltron.com/ It won’t look as polished as his for sure, haha, but am excited to honor and report everything that went on this year.
love,
steph

Hi! Thanks for visiting my new site @ stephcheng.info.
This past summer I joined staff with the Epic Movement (the Asian-American ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ) in Orange County after interning with them the past two years, and I am so excited to share what’s been going on with my life – namely, that I get to serve God and the thousands of college students of Southern California!
I have been blogging on a personal level since 2001 and hope I can write more regularly on my life and ministry, from fun little stories to big ideas and concepts that I’ve been learning as I enter this next stage of my life. My hope is to better connect with you! friends, family and supporters. …
